Beetroot Pesto

Conjured up from colorful inspirations, a gentle harmony of sweetness and savory taste. Small round beets grown on the farm rotate with 2-year-aged Lithuanian cheese, walnuts, balsamic honey vinegar and, of course, emerald, viscous, unfiltered Kalamata extra virgin. Toast black bread, spread the filling, play with deconstructing beetroot salad and create one-bite snacks with herring, onion jam, horseradish. Pile spoonfuls full of colors and flavors on plates as a side dish.
